Community Guidelines

At CiYu, we are building more than a dating platform — we are nurturing a respectful, inclusive, and emotionally intelligent community where real people make real connections. These Community Guidelines set the standards for behavior on our platform to ensure every user feels safe, seen, and valued.

By using CiYu, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may lead to warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the platform.

1. ❤️ Be Real

  • Be yourself. Use your real name, real photos, and authentic details.

  • Do not impersonate others, create fake profiles, or mislead anyone.

  • Profile verification may be required to ensure authenticity.

2. 🛡️ Respect Boundaries

  • Consent is key — in messaging, in conversations, and in offline interactions.

  • Stop any interaction when asked.

  • Do not pressure anyone into sharing personal info, photos, or meeting in person.

  • Rejection is not a challenge; it’s a boundary.

3. 🚫 No Harassment or Hate

  • Bullying, hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, body shaming, or religious intolerance will not be tolerated.

  • Any content or messages that promote harm, violence, or hatred will lead to an immediate ban.

4. 🔞 Keep it Appropriate

  • No nudity, sexual content, or sexually explicit messages.

  • Do not share or request lewd, pornographic, or exploitative content.

  • Flirting is okay — but objectification, fetishization, or vulgar language is not.

5. 🧠 Date with Integrity

  • Do not use CiYu for scams, solicitation, or dishonest behavior.

  • Prohibited activities include:

    • Financial scams

    • “Sugar baby/sugar daddy” arrangements

    • Promoting external services or websites

    • Multilevel marketing (MLM), crypto fraud, etc.

6. 🤲 One Profile Per Person

  • Creating multiple profiles for manipulation or deception is strictly forbidden.

  • If you want to start over, delete your old account before creating a new one.

7. 🔍 Keep It Clean and Honest

  • Your bio, photos, and profile info should reflect who you truly are.

  • Avoid:

    • Misleading height/age/location

    • Group photos only (use at least one clear solo pic)

    • Edited or fake images (e.g., AI-generated faces)

8. 🧑‍⚖️ Report Violations

  • You have the right to feel safe. Use our in-app reporting tools to alert us of:

    • Inappropriate content or messages

    • Suspicious behavior

    • Profile impersonation or spam

  • Reports are confidential and help keep the community safe.

9. 🌈 Celebrate Diversity

CiYu is an inclusive space that welcomes:

  • All races, religions, and nationalities

  • All gender identities and expressions

  • All sexual orientations and relationship types

Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and kindness.

10. 🚷 Zero Tolerance Policy

CiYu will immediately ban users who:

  • Threaten, harass, or stalk others

  • Engage in illegal activity

  • Attempt to exploit or blackmail users

  • Violate the safety or trust of others in any way
